Bienvenue chez Nous is born from a passion for organizing parties and the pleasure of harmonious decoration. We combine the need for equipment rental services for family and small events. The care in our work and the offer of personalized service and proximity are the foundations of our values.
Our rates cover transport, insurance, and set-up costs. They are detailed per article for a standard rental of two days. Specific rates are applied for extended rentals and emergency services, in line with our detailed conditions.
We offer equipment rental for your exhibitions and events, including tables, chairs, and glassware. We also offer, on request and against payment, a set-up service.
With clear and predictable pricing, we ensure the transport of your equipment with economic and geopolitically sensible options.
Every order must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees apply depending on the time between cancellation and the scheduled provision of the equipment.
Delivery is free in Mont sur Lausanne. Delivery and pick-up rates are calculated according to our current pricing and any unexpected increases will be billed additionally.
For orders exceeding 2000 CHF, a 50% deposit is required. For lower amounts, specific conditions are not applied. Payment delays will incur additional fees.
The rented equipment remains the full property of Bienvenue chez Nous. The lessee is responsible for the equipment and must ensure its protection with adequate insurance.
Bienvenue chez Nous operates in compliance with commercial norms, although not registered as a company.
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to unforeseen factors; however, we commit to maintaining optimal quality and availability of our equipment.
The protection of our clients' personal data is a priority, and we strictly adhere to privacy legislation.
